My friend family stopped by. Their little son was christened Roope Toivo Juhani. Toivo meaning hope. And with the issues with his brains, we really hope, hope, hope and hope...Emmi-Sofian and me are truly and utterly in love with wee Roope!
Olin hakemassa lapsia, kun ystavat olivat kurvanneet pihaan. Highlandien ihastelun jalkeen Maria oli kerannyt minulle kimpun kukkia. Ei uskaltanut pihalta, joten oli rampinyt raasu sateessa marissa pusikoissa punkkeja ja rakattirastaita uhmaten...!Taiteellinen ihminen saa kaunista aikaiseksi rikkaruohoistakin.
I was picking up the kids while friends arrivedd. Maria had picked me the flowers by the ditches and bushes, scared not to ruined my young garden... :D Artistic person can change weeds into something beautiful!

There was so much beauty in the love the family had for one another and especially for little Roope.

Jotta puoli-liikuttunut tilani loppuisi, lopetetaan se Matin tarinaan, kun han oli keronut tuttavalleen, etta onneksi poikaa on vaan vesipaa, eika kusipaata sentaan tullut. Tuttava oli todennut, etta kylla sinaniista kaikista sellaiset onnistut kasvattamaan.... :D
To end my semi-emotional state of mind I'll share Matti's story: He had said to a man that thank god we got a son who has brains only full of water instead of being a complete shithead. The man had replied drily, "You'll manage to make all 4 of them shitheads..." WHAT CAN U SAY??
